Tip: hours auto-calculate as you type. Lunch is entered in minutes and deducted from the day total. Overnight shifts: enter the clock-out time as it appears on the next day — times earlier than clock-in count as next-day hours.

FAQ

Is the timesheet template really free to print?

Yes. The template is free for personal and workplace use, with no sign-up or watermark. Fill it in on screen and print, or print it blank and write on the paper copy.

How do I print a blank timesheet?

Tick “Print blank template” before printing — your on-screen entries are hidden in the printout while the table and signature lines stay intact.

Can I save the timesheet as a PDF?

Yes. Use the same Print button and choose “Save as PDF” as the destination in your browser's print dialog.

Does the template calculate hours for me?

Yes. As you enter time-in and time-out for each day, the daily hours and the week total are calculated automatically, with lunch minutes deducted. Overnight shifts are handled: a clock-out earlier than the clock-in counts as next-day hours.

Prefer it to add up a whole pay period?

The printable template is a single week by design — paper-friendly. If you want running totals with overtime across a week or two, use the weekly time card calculator or the biweekly time card calculator — both print from the same page, and the hours calculator handles a single shift in seconds.

Estimates only. This timesheet is a blank record for hours you enter. It is not an official payroll document, and using it does not make it compliant with any particular employer, law, or jurisdiction — follow your employer's own process for submitting time.
